1/2 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
1/4 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Cornflour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup black beans
1 clove garlic
Procedure
♤ mince garlic
♤ squish the black beans and mix with minced garlic
♤ add all the other ingredients except the pork and cornflour
♤ add the pork and mix
♤ add the corn flour and mix well
♤ set aside for at least an hour (better if overnight)
♤ steam for 30 to 45 min (since it's pork, I'd rather have it overcooked than undercooked)
